We strive to constantly update our machine park, using the solutions of the best suppliers. We are supported by the leaders of the printing industry, who guarantee the highest quality and productivity of their solutions.
In the process of producing advertising graphics, we use digital technologies that ensure the highest quality, the possibility of printing a wide range of substrates and allow us to offer the shortest lead times. Printing techniques are characterized by various durability to external conditions, the maximum print format and the available range of substrates. Supraprint’s digital printing house uses latex, sublimation, eco-solvent and HP Indigo digital printing technologies.
The substrates on which we print most often:
Direct sublimation printing
Stunning quality of printed designs and deeply saturated colors thanks to direct sublimation printing technology. The EFI Vutek FabriVU 340i+ was designed to print on polyester materials. It is distinguished by a number of advanced solutions that guarantee the printing of personalized fabrics at the highest level. The innovative solution of the heating plates used in the fixing unit offers a quality very similar to heating in a calender. This allows you to achieve black with a “carbon” effect and deeply saturated colors that definitely go beyond the CMYK palette.
The technology uses environmentally friendly, odorless, water-based inks. Sublimation printing is used for printing on polyester fabrics. The printout is fixed in an fixing unit at a temperature of about 185° C, thanks to which it is characterized by a wide range of colours, high saturation and resistance to external conditions. Printed polyester fabrics are most often used for the production of various types of advertising and decorative products.
SUPRAPRINT sublimation printing house offers: company pole flags, advertising flags, feather flags, beachflags, custom fabric banners, textile banners, backdrop banners, elements of scenography, graphics for fairs and events. Max print width 320 cm. We offer various variants of hems and fabric finishes.
UVgel technology is an extremely precise and deeply saturated print of wallpapers, self-adhesive films, posters and decorations. Canon Colorado is a unique and innovative solution for large format printing of roll materials used in advertising and “home decor” applications. Drops of UVgel ink are applied to the media in a liquid form and immediately take the form of a gel when in contact with a temperature-controlled substrate.
In this form, the drops stick to the surface better, do not spread over a larger area, and what is important, they do not merge with each other. As a result, we get a better quality print compared to technologies where solvent and water evaporation is required. The consistency of the gel itself makes it easier to precisely control it – with fewer passes you can apply much more ink, which increases the speed of the device.
The print is more durable, color-consistent and repeatable in the colors obtained. An interesting alternative is the possibility of postponing the fixation process, thanks to the gel consistency of the ink. Depending on whether we start it right after printing, or later we get a matte or glossy version of the surface.
By eliminating the need for instant curing, productivity is significantly increased compared to conventional UV systems as curing no longer limits print speeds. In turn, prints do not require a drying process that evaporates the solvent. The print is also resistant to external factors, which in most cases eliminates the need for additional lamination. It is also w
Odorless and ecological latex printing offers the highest print quality at a resolution of 1200 dpi. Unprecedented colour repeatability is available thanks to the built-in spectrophotometer. Safe application of latex prints is possible in any type of interior, also in public buildings such as hotels, schools or hospitals. Printouts retain their colors, resistance to water and light, for 5 years indoors, and 3 to 5 years when used outdoors. Latex printing is characterized by relatively high abrasion resistance, and the inks are flexible and stretchable.
Prints in latex technology have numerous certificates: GREENGUARD Children & School, Sustainable Green Printing, HP Planet Partners, Nordic Ecolabel.
Our digital printing house produces latex technology on most advertising surfaces: paper, banner, blockout, self-adhesive foil, backlight, wallpaper, fabrics, canvas. Max. the print width is: 320 cm.
Led-UV large format printing 5m
The super print width of roll media up to 500 cm allows us to produce in a really large format. Konica Minolta 1024i heads with precise 7pl droplet quality print in top resolution! Led-UV printing is characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and weather conditions. The most common printed roll-to-roll materials are: banners, mesh, Samba backlight fabrics, self-adhesive films and poster papers.
Led-UV flatbed printing
It is a high-quality digital printing for printing mainly flat surfaces such as Foamex, Plexiglas, Dibond, Katz Display boards. The UV printing technology allows you to obtain the highest quality images, characterized by high resistance to abrasion and UV radiation. The printed plate can be cut to any shape. Additional white paint allows for printing of transparent or mass-colored materials.
Large-format UV printing is widely used in the production of advertising graphics such as: indoor / instore (elements of store equipment), signage (markings, signs, signs, graphic elements). The maximum area of the printed element can be: 200 x 300 cm.
In this technology, we use Mutoh UMS inks, which can be called fully ecological, as they meet stringent European standards and have a written Eurofins Indoor Air Comfort certificate. The print has a wide range of colors and lightfastness.
Ecosolvent printing is carried out in the highest resolution of 1440 dpi, thanks to which it is possible to reproduce the smallest details. Nano Resin UMS inks are 4-generation inks based on a mixture of resins, containing very durable pigments. The maximum print width is 160 cm.
HP Indigo digital printing
Dedicated to the production of low volumes with express delivery times. It provides the highest print quality comparable to the quality of the offset. Thanks to the use of Electroink liquid ink, the print layer is imperceptible to the touch. HP Indigo digital printing enables the printing of a wide range of substrates, including decorative, textured and foil. Additional white paint allows for printing of transparent or mass-colored materials. Max print format: 310 x 435 mm. The most frequently printed products are: leaflets, folders, posters, business cards, presentations, calendars, menus, offers and etc.
Digital printing of custom roll labels
Printing custom roll labels and stickers in any shape and quantity. We print on self-adhesive PP film, semigloss paper and special self-adhesive papers. Deep, saturated colours, high resolution and precise reproduction of the smallest elements. Our custom roll labels can be used to mark many products. Printing with the highest resolution of 1200 dpi allows you to reproduce the smallest details and fonts. This is quite an important element in the case of extensive composition descriptions or many language versions. We print low and medium volumes of custom roll labels within an express delivery time.
Finishing large format prints
Large format digital printing is in many cases only the initial stage of the production of advertising materials. A significant added value is created by the way of finishing the print, which in this way improves the quality of the conducted advertising campaign and, as a result, increases its conversion.
Precise cutting of printed banners, self-adhesive vinyls, posters and wallpapers.
Depending on the purpose of the prints, we select dedicated laminates. Glossy, matte, floor anti-slip.
We laminate dibond, plexiglass, foamed pvc, hips and many other rigid and thick boards.
Industrial sewing of flags, winders, textile banners and advertising walls.
