Digital printing technologies
We strive to constantly update our machine park, using the solutions of the best suppliers. We are supported by the leaders of the printing industry, who guarantee the highest quality and productivity of their solutions.

In the process of producing advertising graphics, we use digital technologies that ensure the highest quality, the possibility of printing a wide range of substrates and allow us to offer the shortest lead times. Printing techniques are characterized by various durability to external conditions, the maximum print format and the available range of substrates. Supraprint’s digital printing house uses latex, sublimation, eco-solvent and HP Indigo digital printing technologies.
The substrates on which we print most often:
Direct sublimation printing
Stunning quality of printed designs and deeply saturated colors thanks to direct sublimation printing technology. The EFI Vutek FabriVU 340i+ was designed to print on polyester materials. It is distinguished by a number of advanced solutions that guarantee the printing of personalized fabrics at the highest level. The innovative solution of the heating plates used in the fixing unit offers a quality very similar to heating in a calender. This allows you to achieve black with a “carbon” effect and deeply saturated colors that definitely go beyond the CMYK palette.

The technology uses environmentally friendly, odorless, water-based inks. Sublimation printing is used for printing on polyester fabrics. The printout is fixed in an fixing unit at a temperature of about 185° C, thanks to which it is characterized by a wide range of colours, high saturation and resistance to external conditions. Printed polyester fabrics are most often used for the production of various types of advertising and decorative products.
SUPRAPRINT sublimation printing house offers: company pole flags, advertising flags, feather flags, beachflags, custom fabric banners, textile banners, backdrop banners, elements of scenography, graphics for fairs and events. Max print width 320 cm. We offer various variants of hems and fabric finishes.
UVgel printing
UVgel technology is an extremely precise and deeply saturated print of wallpapers, self-adhesive films, posters and decorations. Canon Colorado is a unique and innovative solution for large format printing of roll materials used in advertising and “home decor” applications. Drops of UVgel ink are applied to the media in a liquid form and immediately take the form of a gel when in contact with a temperature-controlled substrate.
In this form, the drops stick to the surface better, do not spread over a larger area, and what is important, they do not merge with each other. As a result, we get a better quality print compared to technologies where solvent and water evaporation is required. The consistency of the gel itself makes it easier to precisely control it – with fewer passes you can apply much more ink, which increases the speed of the device.

The print is more durable, color-consistent and repeatable in the colors obtained. An interesting alternative is the possibility of postponing the fixation process, thanks to the gel consistency of the ink. Depending on whether we start it right after printing, or later we get a matte or glossy version of the surface.

By eliminating the need for instant curing, productivity is significantly increased compared to conventional UV systems as curing no longer limits print speeds. In turn, prints do not require a drying process that evaporates the solvent. The print is also resistant to external factors, which in most cases eliminates the need for additional lamination. It is also w
Latex printing
Odorless and ecological latex printing offers the highest print quality at a resolution of 1200 dpi. Unprecedented colour repeatability is available thanks to the built-in spectrophotometer. Safe application of latex prints is possible in any type of interior, also in public buildings such as hotels, schools or hospitals. Printouts retain their colors, resistance to water and light, for 5 years indoors, and 3 to 5 years when used outdoors. Latex printing is characterized by relatively high abrasion resistance, and the inks are flexible and stretchable.
